Company activities

Stora Enso is the global leader in the paper, biomaterials, wood products and packaging industry. In Belgium, Stora Enso has 4 entities with around 600 employees. In the leading factory of Stora Enso Langerbrugge, located in the port of Ghent, we produce more than 500,000 tons of recycled newspaper and magazine paper annually based on 100% Paper for Recycling, waste paper. The automated sorting lines ensure qualitative recovery and sorting of this PfR. We also operate two bio-energy plants that provide a significant share of the energy needs. Customer service activities are housed within the entity Stora Enso Belgium.
