Workshops and info sessions

The information sessions and workshops offered as part of the interuniversity Job Market for Young Researchers 2025 will take place in a hybrid format.

  1. The online pre-programme, designed to prepare participants for the live job fair on 27 March, includes CV checks and speed career coaching on Thursday 13 March, as well as a varied offering of Career Lunches hosted on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6 February and 20 March. For a (preliminary!) overview of the Career Lunches, consult the (preliminary) online programme 2025. Be sure to check for updates regularly. All Career Lunches are also advertised on the PhD Talent Pool Flanders. Participation is free of charge, but registration is compulsory. 
  2. On Thursday 27 March, you can network with 100+ companies/organisations, as well as attend a number of live workshops and information sessions. The programme for 27 March is still under construction.

transfer company data from last edition

If you were registered for last year’s afstudeerbeurs you can confirm your participation in the 2025 edition with one click on the transfer button. These data can, if necessary, still be altered. Companies that participated last year can, of course, also choose to register anew, with a completely new set of data.
