Company activities

Poppies originated in 1976 from an artisan bakery. By understanding principles of artisan baking , scaling up, finding the right ingredients, developing recipes to build flavours and closely monitoring quality, they grew to become a trusted partner. Poppies has 13 bakeries and more than 1,300 employees in Europe and the US. In Belgium, the sites are located in Komen, Zonnebeke, Wervik, Beringen and Tubize.
