Free entrance for all visitors of the interuniversity Job Market for Young Researchers. PhD candidates and postdocs need to register online in advance of the event.
Online registration for PhDs and postdoctoral fellows starts as of 1 February 2023.
After three successful editions the 5 Flemish universities (UGent, KU Leuven, VUB, UAntwerpen and UHasselt) again organise an interuniversity Job Market for Young Researchers.
The 2023 edition of the interuniversity Job Market for Young Researchers will be organised in Hall 1 of Flanders Expo Ghent and will open its physical doors on Thursday 23 March 2023.

Having registered, you will be able to put together your wish list by ticking the boxes of the companies you would like to visit and the workshops and infosessions you would like to attend. If you make an appointment for a (free) CV analysis and/or speed career coaching session, this will automatically be added to your wish list.
It is possible to dowload your personal wish list as PDF or print it. Your wish list will help you prepare for the fair.

Ghent University, in cooperation with Ghent University Association and the other Flemish universities, hosts the annual interuniversity Job Market for Young Researchers where employers connect with PhDs and postdocs to discuss interesting job opportunities. The Job Market for Young Researchers also offers a free CV review service, speed career coaching and a wide range of career development workshops for job seekers.
The interuniversity Job Market for Young Researchers takes place on Thursday 23 March 2023.
We take pictures and make video recordings during the afstudeerbeurs/Interuniversity Job Market for Young Researchers. These are used for publication on our respective websites and social media channels.
By registering for, and participating in, the fair, you give us tacit permission to take and publish non-posed, spontaneous photos and impressions. For targeted photos and interviews, we need your permission according to the privacy law. In case group photos, close ups, individual photos and/or interviews are taken, we will ask for your permission in writing on the spot.

If you were registered for last year’s afstudeerbeurs (edition 2022) you can with one click on the confirm button transfer the data with which you registered to the 2023 edition. These data can, if necessary, still be altered. Companies that participated last year can, of course, also choose to register anew, similar to new companies, with a completely new set of data.
