Do you sometimes feel awkward at job fairs? You're not alone! Job fairs, intended to offer opportunities to job seekers, can paradoxically reinforce feelings of loneliness, because visitors often don't find a good match and return home disappointed. Co-Searching wants to change this: with Co-Searching On The Road, we meet job seekers at job fairs with our retro van, designed as a safe(r) space where you can unwind and connect. You are no longer alone and can explore new perspectives together with others. Your self-confidence, autonomy, and connectedness are strengthened—even without a match! In the Co-Searching community, job seekers take control of their own destiny. They strengthen each other through their experiences and decide for themselves how to shape their careers. Our community offers you, as a job seeker, free activities for and by job seekers, such as workshops, conversation groups, etc. Do you want to strengthen your own skills?
